    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. UR Quality Solutions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    We keep the warranty simple to assure our customers stay happy! If you get a product from us that you deem to have material or manufacturing defects simply contact us and we will issue you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Once we get the warranted item and inspect it, parts found to be under warranty will be replaced. This warranty extends to the application under normal performance use and services and does not apply to non-standard applications, submersion, deliberate abuse, improper installation, careless handling, and or tampering or dismantling of units.

    Our warranty is limited to the replacement of defective units only and does not cover labor or any other expenses. URQS liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to an in-kind replacement within the warranty period. URQS shall not be liable for any incidental damages, consequential damages, property damages, or personal injury damages to the extent permitted by law. Warranty does not cover shipping, labor, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages or any other incidental fees. All returns require a RGA before shipping back. After the RGA is issued the customer has 30 days to return the item to our shipping address provided. If item is issued a RGA and not returned within 30 days. UQRS will not accept the return and credit will not be issued.

    Thoroughly inspect your product immediately upon receiving it. If product is damaged in shipping we must make claim immediately to recover damages so claims of shipping damage must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. New returns must be approved and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must provide documentation of purchase of said product in order to receive new return credit. Otherwise it will be treated as a stock buy and we will award an amount we feel the merchandise is valued at to us or can return ship to you at are your shipping expense. All returns must be preapproved via Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and must be sent freight prepaid, unless other arrangements are made. Warranties must include documentation of purchase as well as explanation of malfunction in order for warranty credit to be given. When shipping product back to us please package with care because if it is damaged during shipping we will assess it as a non-warrantable product. All returns require a RGA before shipping back. After the RGA is issued the customer has 30 days to return the item to our shipping address provided. If item is issued a RGA and not returned within 30 days. UQRS will not accept the return and credit will not be issued.

    Pictures

    Pictures are not always of the exact product. Sometimes an OEM picture may be used or a different color product (ie gray alternator, but black one in picture) but the purpose of the picture is to provide you with the style and specs of the product. If you aren’t sure if the pulley is included please confirm prior to purchasing. We sell pulleys as well so if the item doesn’t include pulley we likely would be able to supply pulley . If one of our products is OEM we state it as such in the part brand. We sell OEM and aftermarket products. If you aren’t sure please ask prior to purchasing.

    Fitment

    Please confirm fitment prior to purchasing. Some types of vehicles take different options based on specific vehicle information that only you may know (ie… manual or automatic). We list the information as best as it has been provided to us but if you aren’t sure about the fitment please ask prior to purchasing.
